Delivery & Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Austria and to the following countries: Germany, Switzerland

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

Deliveries within Austria and abroad (Germany, Switzerland) are free of charge.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Austria within 1-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
